We operate a mobile fitness training service throughout north and east London. Our exclusively female team of trainers — each holding advanced Level 3 qualifications — cycle between appointments to help both men and women maintain their fitness and wellbeing. Founded in 2010, we are London’s longest-established mobile PT company. Every trainer is approachable and fun to work with, and we take pride in being LGBTQ+ friendly.
